FIling a complaint before taking to court
My service has been disrupted since first week of December 2025 due to a bad cable line in the neighborhood. They placed a temporary drop at that time and never came back to install a permanent solution. This week they removed the temporary line and now service is greatly diminished. How can i escalate with Xfinity before proceeding to court.
