I have had Xfinity mobile service or several years , my phone are paid off and I have insurance however I am not getting the service to replace or repair my phone . The phone is turning off and will remain off for unknown reasons, the battery is draining drastically. A phone is a life line and this is my daughter’s only life line as she is away at school. After waiting well over 24 hours I never received a response to the claim but received a text that my case was closed . My daughter’s phone is still not working and I am getting the run around from the customer service at Xfinity. Not to mention how hard it it to get a live person on the phone . The IVR is a joke and does everything possible to keep you from getting a live person . As a customer who purchased a phone from Xfinity and has insurance there is no reason anyone should be without a lifeline like a phone, especially a young woman that is a minor .
