I just spent almost three hours in two separate chats with agents that shouldn't have customer service jobs

 They were clearly jerking me around, ignored  my issue, and asked what name was three times..and my address three times like they can't read prior messages. And still nonworking service. And they make it almost impossible to file a formal complaint against their reps that do the chats. There's no way they have actual human being supervisors that check these chats to make.sure their employees are not being total jerks to the people who help them get the paychecks they don't deserve.

 Smug. I hate Xfinity. Can't wait to not have their service..I don't have service from the rt now that I paid for bc they won't hook up my internet remotely despite me having the box, despite them saying you can use the old box at new address

 No. They wanna extort another forty bucks from you to have a tech come out and plug it in for you.. and.completed.all the forms for.movimg. they are the worst company I've ever delt with

 Just knowing I'll have to try and talk to a human being there gives me high blood pressure bc the experience is never nice.  If your not a current customer, trust me..and don't sign up with them. It's not worth it. Xfinity is not worth it.
