File Complaints against Agents

I want to file complaints against agents. The agents themselves on the phone won't take complaints, so how do I make a complaint?

I sent this. Was the complaint reported? What is the reference number of the complaint?

I need to file a complaint! Please help!!! I am so sick of my time being wasted on the phone and no resolution and on top of it being over charged or not having the agents in the store put my payments towards my account.....AGAIN!!!!  I need an xfinity agent who knows what they're doing to call me

user_xnkt4i, Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I completely understand how frustrating it is to keep running into billing issues and not getting the resolution you need. I am sorry to learn about this experience, and that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. Our team specializes in helping through this platform, both in public and private messages, and I’d be happy to take a closer look at your account and payments to get this sorted out. To get started, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message.
