I am reporting for my final time...as a long time customer of xfinity. I am happy to report i have canceled my service and moved on to a credible service where I am able to speak with people that dont scheme me. Over 6 years with xfinity I was lied to, manipulated, had unauthorized payments set up, was made to look like a fool by constantly scheming and lieing pretending people were going to help me. Its absolutely absurd that a business can behave like this. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] Then you do the whole process over again. I have been lied to and manipulated more times I can even mention. I have screen shots upon screen shots of the things that were told to me. I have now canceled my service yet am being billed. I am reporting this yet again to the bbb. And have now taken multiple friends and family with us to a new company. You should be ashamed of how you handle things
