File Complaint
Good morning,
On Saturday, the customer service agent who didn't "addressed" my billing issue was wildly unprofessional and inappropriate. Then, "mysteriously" my internet cut off and on for about 10 minutes when I ended the call. How do I file a formal complaint. I have the reps name. Thanks! Willing to take this to FCC as well.
