File complaint against technician

How do I file a complaint against a technician? I had a technician come out today to fix my internet where he needed access to the side of my house which is shared with a neighbor. He ended up getting into a yelling match with my neighbor, where my neighbor even said the technician threatened to cut his cable. The technician then told me that I would have to schedule a different appointment and then stormed off. I’m unsure who was in the right and who was in the wrong during the fight but either way the technician was more than unprofessional. Now I’m left with no wifi and a neighbor that is angry with me. I set up a new appointment for next week but still want to file a complaint with the technician who started all the drama. Thanks.

Whenever I have had someone come fix something I've always been there to watch over them and what they are doing.  That way I know the tech and the tech knows what I expect and I am informed; you may not have been able to be there to watch the tech.  I am just sharing my experience and I will say I have had few problems with any techs.
