File complaint against an employee

An Xfinity employee called out by a neighbor trespassed without asking permission to come on our property with 2 signs clearly posted private property no trespassing.  He the used profanity at me and told me "walk away". I was inside my fenced pool and fenced yard.  I don't appreciate any employee from any business using the "f" word at me multiple times!!! That's absolutely horrendous and not what I expect.  Xfinity has gone down hill.  I have him on photo and video.  His green shirt says Xfinity on the sleeve and his black hat says Comcast Business.   He's afro american male  wearing those clothing and shorts.   I don't know name as he wouldn't provide it.  Maybe 5"10" I'm not sure he was most bending over.   So bad the police were called.   I wanted him reprimanded or suspended whatever your policy is.  This is harassment and threatening on his part to me.  No I have to live in fear.
