File a Formal complaint??
20 days with intermittent or no internet service. 4 separate tech visits which all left without resolving the issue or referring to line techs as was needed. Almost 13hrs total on the phone with God knows where and not a single answer or help. Issue still not properly resolved.
Worst part is I worked as a line tech for Cablevision for 6 years and already tested and saw where the issue is. After numerous days of a continuous ping text to an Xfinity server I can watch and see as the request times out . Than the constant packet loss. The modem stays locked but looses internet. This all started a day after the main Node for my neighborhood was replaced . Sadly ive been a customer for over 13 years and this is the nonsense i get.
Now I try to call and file a formal complaint and noone will allow that to be done , everyone thinks they can help but will not allow a formal notice of complaint, but they just sent me a text saying my bill is due in 7 days, good luck

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_rssp2i I would like to review how your internet service issues were handled and validity of your complaint request. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
