File a complaint

I’ve been trying to file a complaint with a real person… I was on the phone today with Nora a real person who told me that my complaint was going to be escalated and somebody from Xfinity was going to call me back within the hour.
My complaint is that as a Xfinity customer for many years I went to Xfinity with a new phone bought from Best Buy… It was an emergency and I just bought a cheap Apple phone and asked Xfinity agent to help me transfer my data… I am not a whiz when it comes to this kind of thing. The agent named Britney  [Edited: "Personal Information"] Told me…” oh heck do I have a deal for u”.  Take that phone back you don’t need that phone. I got a better deal you have so many points on your account. You can get a free phone today. And my boyfriend and I are looking at her… Like wow OK that’s awesome and I am questioning it because I’m like nothing’s free and she said all I have to do is pay the taxes which I did and I’m like [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] we get the phone working and out the door. I can continue on with my business day.
I heard her say free phone… Not free line or free watch. I had enough points for a free phone so sign me up. Now I’m looking at my statement and I’m seeing that I’m paying $30 for the next 35 months for this phone. I don’t need $1000 phone I didn’t want $1000 phone. I bought a phone from Best Buy and she lied to me Miss Brittany [Edited: "Personal Information"] lied to me and my boyfriend
Meanwhile, I go to the store to talk to her about it because she would remember it was only a month ago and her and my boyfriend had some common discussion… And she doesn’t work at that location and the acting manager who’s not really the manager couldn’t even look me in the eyes and help me and when I asked for the information to what store she was at and asked for the managers email he went into the back room and avoided me. So now I’m on the telephone trying to get a real person on the telephone to file a complaint and of course she listens to me and has her whole conversation prompts and says that somebody is going to be calling me back and of course no one has called me back. I don’t like being lied to. It’s not about the $30 a month that I’m paying for a phone. I didn’t want this phone. I got the phone because… All I had to do is pay for the taxes. The woman, Miss Brittany should not be working at Xfinity if that’s how she’s treating customers and Xfinity should be ashamed to have somebody like that misleading people to buy phones

Dealing with an emergency phone situation is hard enough, and I completely understand why you are upset. That is absolutely not the type of experience we want you to have when trying to get support @user_sv83j1. I want to make sure your concerns about this interaction are properly reviewed by dedicated mobile escalation team. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to continue.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
