I need to report an employee from the South Yarmouth MA Xfinity office. The woman’s name is Kari, she was very disrespectful to me when I asked for help and would not help me with my phone and I needed a manager who quickly helped me. This woman’s demeanor is unacceptable, and she should not be working in customer service!! I hope something is done about this. I don’t want to have to go to higher ups!! Thank you
