To whom it may concern,
We just recently obtained Xfinity internet, which is fantastic. However to installation services were horrible. Trash was left everywhere by the customer install representative and the crew responsible for laying the line underground. The crew that laid the line underground decide to go over roots and try to cover it with dirt with a shovel instead of an easy route with no roots. This is unacceptable and will only be a mater of time until the line exposes more.
