I would like to submit a chat transcript to management to report how fraudulent one agent was to change my service adding cellular service without telling me until AFTER the authorization. I have spent well over 12 hours over the last month between equipment issues and now correcting my plan. I would like to escalate my complaint and request a significant credit for the hassle, frustration, loss of time, and dishonesty.
