I have tried for over 2 hours to receive help for repeated dropped connections daily and extremely slow connections to websites when I do have connection. I have tried working through your virtual system repeatedly, it isn't helping me at all. I have tried asking for a tech appointment repeatedly through your virtual systems , have not been albe to do this. All virtual troubleshooting doesn't help me. I have tried for a live agent. When the two times I somehow got a virtual call my request to speak to a live agent, press #1, is not received and it hangs up on me. You are basically unable to help me. I am completely dissatisfied with Xfinity customer service options, because they DO NOT WORK! I have had terrible service for 2 weeks now and unable to get any live support via a live person or a tech appointment.
If a live agent doesn't call me today, [Edited: "Personal Information"], I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

For example, Have you performed a speed test https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ hardwired or through Wi-Fi, and what were the results? Have you physically checked the cable for damage and loose fittings this includes any splitters on your line. Have there been any recent changes to your services?
