Over the last two and a half years I've experienced the worst internet service of my life keep in mind I'm 52 and so I have been around since dial-up and since I'm working from home as a telemedicine provider over the last two and a half years between the scheduled outages which you never tell me about and the unscheduled outages I've lost close to $4,000 in wages today I lost two patients $45 each so I'm filing a complaint to get reimbursed every single time you cost me money the reason why is I can't afford [Edited: "Inflammatory"] and if it keeps going like this I'll be living in my car

I've spent the last 3 hours trying to find some way to Contact Xfinity customer service I can't use your automated bot [Edited: "Inflammatory"] because it won't even talk to me until the internet has been restored and it first it was six and then it was 6:30 and now it's 7:30 so I need an actual human customer service person we all need an actual human [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
