File a complaint with Xfinity

For the past 2 weeks my internet service has randomly gone out for hours at a time with no explanation. I check the outage map and Xfinity falsely tells me "everything looks good!" even though 100 outages have been reported in my neighborhood.

I know this issue is not on my end. I do not need someone in an overseas call center to tell me to make sure my equipment is plugged in.

I want to register a complaint with Xfinity. I am extremely displeased with the company's failure (WITH NO EXPLANATION) to provide this service that I am paying for. Where can I go to file such a complaint?

It is also infuriating — to the point that it should be illegal — that there is not a place for me to simply send a message and say "my internet is down [Edited: "Language"]". I have to call the overseas call center and wait on hold just so I can talk to someone who wants to sell me a phone plan. It's complete [Edited: "Language"].

How can I contact Xfinity to file a complaint. I do not require technical assistance. I want to register my dissatisfaction at this company for failing to provide services I am paying for. [Edited: Caps"]

And for that matter, why do I have to create an account and post in this [Edited: "Language"] forum??? This company will do ANYTHING to avoid providing decent customer service, my god!

Why does the stupid forum even exist? WHY CAN'T I JUST MESSAGE SUPPORT DIRECTLY FROM THE APP. OR BETTER YET BY EMAIL.
