FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST MONICA AND THERESA T.

I need to file a complaint against Monica a customer service rep and Theresa T., a supervisor. Both Monica and Theresa are absolutely the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of talking to in my entire life! They are rude, and most definitely will talk over you with useless nonsense. I originally wanted to file a complaint against Monica. I need to speak with HER supervisor. I ended up with Theresa. First of all, she is not Monica's supervisor. She made several excuses for Monica instead of correcting the issue. She was absolutely no help at all and she did not resolve my issue. When I asked Theresa for Monica's supervisor's name, Theresa told me she is not going to give me her name... I never asked for her full name or any other details about her personal life. I simply asked for a name so I know who I need to contact. Theresa told me she wouldn't give it to me. How unprofessional is that??!! She was rude, disrespectful and ignorant. I need help. I need someone higher up to help me with my issues. Anyone other than Theresa T.

We do handle these types of complaints internally. When and what time did this incident take place? Was this in an Xfinity store, over the phone, or chat?

This incident occurred today 5/1/25 @4:28pm cst. This unprofessional conversation was over the phone. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Theresa. The conversation/argument with Monica was over the phone on 4/24/25 @ 3:30pm.
