File a cmplaint
How do I file a written complaint? The chat agents provide false information, stating that they notated my account, when they never did anything. I've spoken to several chat agents, and they ALL provided me with the SAME information! I even downloaded the transcripts and took screen shots. When I called, there was no indication that our conversations ever happened.
