File a cmplaint

How do I file a written complaint? The chat agents provide false information, stating that they notated my account, when they never did anything. I've spoken to several chat agents, and they ALL provided me with the SAME information! I even downloaded the transcripts and took screen shots. When I called, there was no indication that our conversations ever happened.

and ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] for details and request. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FCC. You may want to complete repairs ASAP. Thank you

@user_t0y8h6​ it would have been helpful had you posted your problem here first.  The repairs would have been done ASAP.  The employees that work here are Corporate Employees.
