Fiber still not buried

Good Afternoon,

We got Xfinity cable a couple of months ago and the cable is still not buried. When will they be burying the cable?

@user_ni657i Thanks for adding a post. Was there an order placed to have the line buried, and is the ground frozen currently?

I am waiting to have a replacement cable buried too. It has been a few months and all the lines have been marked for 6weeks or more.  I can't even mow the grass until this line is buried.  No one has responded to the email I have sent either.

I'd be happy to check on the work order and get you in the right direction for getting some answers. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
