Fiber optic line burial

Two gentlemen came to my house today and buried the fiber optic lines and broke my water line on my property and didn't tell me about it and just left I had to take my own time my own money to fix it because I have a sick aunt who lives here and very disappointed first first time I'm a customer of Xfinity and very very very disappointed I was wondering who could call me and talk to me about this cuz I'm very upset
