Fiber optic cable
A technician connected a temporary fiber optic cable on top of the ground October of last year. 2 or 3 weeks later 2 young men came and ran a buried cable from the bottom of the utility pole to the box outside the house and told me a technician would have to come out and make the connections. It is now August and I'm still having to cut my grass around it. I've called service twice and both times got some service number and never heard from anyone. 10 months seems a little excessive to have to wait for a technician to come connect my permanent cable. Am I wrong?

Hey there, @user_ux0cmb! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the line work getting fully completed, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would be more than happy to dive into the account fully, and ensure the connection is fully completed. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
