Fiber Internet Expansion In Hallandale Beach, Florida.

I've been wondering for a long time, when will Hallandale Beach, Florida. Receive fiber connectivity? I work from home and have to upload large files, which is pretty slow since I only have 200-220 upload speed on average. I was just wondering if there were any plans on expanding fiber, especially since my neighbors across the street are receiving fiber from at&t but my area only have Gigabit 2x speed. I would be more than happy to pay slightly extra for symmetrical download/upload speeds that are through fiber.
