Fiber Burial and Extender

I recently had my fiber Internet installed, and the line got hooked up to the direct front of my house. It looks awful and I am trying to get a hold of someone to come out and bury it so that it’s hidden but the customer service here is terrible. I keep only speaking to a robot who doesn’t understand my request. I also ordered two extenders for my home and they were not provided upon installation and I have not received any notice that they are shipped to my house.

I need to set up an appointment for my line to be buried, and I need my extra equipment shipped or a full refund.
