I have feedback on the switch from Comcast to Yahoo email. This was a poor decision. 1. When I call for help, I do not want to talk to an AI computer. 2. When I get a real person I want someone who speaks English without a thick accent I can't understand. I'm not prejudiced, I just need someone I can understand. 3. My Yahoo account did not transfer my Comcast contacts list into my Yahoo account. 4. When I tried to do the transfer manually, the instructions did not match what I saw on my computer screen. 5. My Yahoo email app does not allow me to attach a photo to my cell phone emails. This is a disaster! Who thought the transfer to Yahoo was a good idea? No wonder I despise Comcast.
