Hey - just to give you some feedback. I am 59 yr old and pretty good at getting use to new technology, but I have to say the forums, signing in, figuring out how to "DM" someone (support) is really not a way to keep longer term (older) users. I figured it out (after about 90mins, time I will never get back and more time I spent trying to figure out alternatives to xfinity because the experience was so frustrating) finally after posting personal info on the forum sight. The instructions were mildly helpful. I really feel sorry for anyone older than me........ I do not need a response, just realize you are likely alienating some good paying customers.
