Feedback: Your website needs some love and you need a spot for feedback
Hi there, I couldn't find anywhere else to leave this (maybe that's the first bit of feedback) so I figured I'd it here. My experience with your website has been pretty bad. It loads extremely slowly and in order to get to my bill I have to inexplicably log in two or three times. It's super frustrating and even more frustrating that I can't find somewhere to tell you about it.

Hey there, @timj83! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with the Xfinity website with the latency and having to log-in multiple times to access you bill. That certainly not the experience we want for our customers. You can submit feedback here https://support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form regarding the Xfinity website and the features available to you.
As far as you site loading slowly for you, we can certainly troubleshoot with you. What browser are you using? Is the Browser fully updated? Is the slow connectivity only on the Xfinity site? Are you experiencing slow connecting on any other sites or devices.

You might check out https://www.xfinity.com/hub/customer-experience/xfinity-customer-care-update and give the "contact me/Send Tom Feedback" form at https://support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form a try. Be aware that responses from that office vary from to nonsensical to extremely helpful.
