Feedback of Outage handling in Hayward, CA
I just have some feedback. My services are working normally again but the apartment complex live in, I know many neighbors in my complex who have Xfinity because its the only thing we can get here service wise for TV and Internet, and they all were frustrated by the outage. It happened for 2 days this week where service was out for at least 8 hours and the outage map was not able to accurately determine if it was network damage, planned upgrades or what have you.
I know that Comcast cannot control these outages but we have Seniors in this community whos sole entertainment and companionship rely on Xfinity's services and this was an unfortunate situation that could have been handled better.

Hello sailorbear510 thanks so much for this feedback, and for being a regular contributor here on Forums! Our Xfinity Status Center is still the best place for finding information about area service interruptions, but we hear you about having more detailed information as quickly as possible.
