My bill increased $25 with no explanation. It took me multiple tries and a total of 2 hours to be able to get thru to a live person. The representative was great. He explained the increase and helped me get a new plan that was closer to the original payment. However, the process of getting to a live person had me contemplating cancelling altogether. I was so angry by the time I got to the rep. He helpfulness disarmed me but if I had to recommend Xfinity based on the process, I would tell people not to bother.
