Stop using FedEx. Their delivery drivers do not like doing their job. For a delivery driver to say he attempted to deliver which was a lie. I didn’t receive a knock or anything. FedEx customer service is terrible. Nobody knows anything. FedEx needs a mapping system to where you can see their exact location especially for those who lives in apartment buildings. Terrible service i ever received both from XFINITY and FedEx !!

Agreed. I had this same issue today. After dealing with useless customer service agents from both FedEx and Xfinity I found this forum and realize I might have dodged a bullet because Xfinity seems horrible at taking care of it's customers.
