FedEx package lost & must file claim

Hello, 

My package containing my new smartwatch has been lost in transit since June 13th. FedEx claims Xfinity needs to file the claim, mine was automatically denied. The tracking number is.[Edited: "Personal Information"]  The watch has also attempted to be activated on my plan by somebody, so I'm assuming the watch was stolen by an employee at FedEx.

Jglo90, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity support. I know this must be frustrating when you are expecting a delivery. We can take a look at your account and see what needs to be done to get this taken care of. 

Please send us a DM with your name and address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.

3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.

7 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press “Enter” to send it.
