Fedex Delivery policy
The agreement they have with fedex and their delivery policy is one of the most frustrating things ever. I'm going to have to wait over a full week to receive a replacement for my phone that simply stopped working for no reason. They refuse to let you ship to a store or my office where i'm at every day so fedex has to attempt to deliver 3 times to an address where nobody is available all day and then after that, fedex may or may not hold my package at a random location. It's beyond frustrating. The policy is utterly ridiculous and complicated and fedex is known for terrible customer service/delivery policies/faking attempted deliveries, etc. Please for the love of Pete, just allow us to ship to an xfinity store and pick up our devices, which are insanely expensive and necessary to every day life. Stop acting like customers don't have jobs and other responsibilities that are not conducive to restrictive delivery policies. - a very unsatisfied customer
