Fed up with Xfinity Customer Service

I have to reach out to Xfinity multiple times a month and my problems never get resolved! The reps are doing nothing but wasting time on the clock, what are they there for when they do nothing to assist you? Xfinity charged me twice last month and I was told by 2 different reps that it would show as credit for May. It still isn’t showing. I also was thinking of signing up for phone service to make my bill cheaper, and I have a mobile charge on my account now that hasn’t been removed after I’ve reached out as well. Disgusted with the service I’ve received!

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Amen brother. Comcast can't be bothered with customers. If you don't like it go somewhere else. I have found the best way to get to to a human being is to tell the computer that you have a billing issue and then tell that Person to transfer you. 

Sad but true.
