Fed up with the sales calls

I’ve declined the Mobile line with my service to three different people. Keep getting sales calls. Today spoke with Kayla - employee number [Edited: "Personal Information"] - and asked to be placed on a do not call list. I had an additional question about the process, and she went non-responsive, and then hung up. Stellar service Xfinity.

Hello @user_livbfs, thanks for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry for the repeated calls and for the experience you had today. That’s not the level of service we strive to provide. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after you’ve declined multiple times and requested to be placed on the Do Not Call list. If you don’t want to get sales calls or texts, you can add your phone number to Xfinity’s Do Not Call/Text for Sales/Marketing list. You can do this online. You may continue to get sales calls or texts for up to ten business days after adding your phone number to the list. Since you're a current customer, you may still get other calls or texts about your services. I have also attached an article with more information on Manage your communications from Xfinity.
