FCC Complaint Renewed 8/18

This is to inform Comcast/Xfinity that I have renewed my complaint with the FCC regarding Comcast/Xfinity throttling the speeds of DOCSIS 3.0 WiFi cable modems owned by customers.  You guys tipped your hand, again:  three weeks to the day after renewing my agreement, my speed has dropped from 75 Mbps to 45-50 Mpbs - the app is stating I need to replace my modem - no, I don't, there is nothing wrong with it - I was getting 75+ Mbps before I renewed my agreement - nothing has changed. You have my contact info if a representative wants to discuss further.
