Faulty modem
Hi there! I just received a new modem for the Internet at my house. There’s already another Internet account in here that works fine with an Xfinity modem. I plugged the new one Into a different spot in the house for my usage and it will never stop blinking orange. So I decided to plug the same modem with the preexisting cords for the other modem, and it still did not work. I tried the new coax cord with the old modem and that works just fine. So after some tests and error, I’ve concluded that the current modem is not properly working and need a replacement.
