Faulty free Wi-Fi extender
Just trying to post on this page has been an exercise and frustration. The free Wi-Fi extender we received was faulty. We tried to install it ourselves unsuccessfully and after making several appointments with Xfinity to have someone come out and do it, which, each time, took at least an hour to get through to someone. And having two of the appointments ending up with a no-show on the part of the technician, finally someone came out and said the equipment was faulty. We couldn’t return it to an Xfinity store because they said they would have to charge us for a new one. All I want to do is get a working Wi-Fi extender. I can’t believe how much time and effort I have expended trying to get this squared away
