Faster upload speed
Hello!
I need the fastest upload speeds I can get for my job while I work from home. It appears that I can upgrade, but I want to confirm that I’ll be able to get at least 30 MB/s speeds consistently via Ethernet. Would it make the most sense to do xFi Complete?
Thank you!

Hello, @user_504a03 we would be more than happy to re-access your plan for upgraded speeds and Xfi Complete.
If you can please send us a direct message [private message]:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have been with xfinity since 2014 and want to upgrade my system. I need faster internet. But the only way I can do it is cancel my tv service. Would someone explain why? I can’t believe you have nothing. I want to keep my tv service add faster internet and unlimited data. You should be able to do that right. Evidently not. Looking for a dog provider.

I would also like the option to upgrade my upload speeds. I currently have 1.2, but the 40 upload just doesn't work anymore for me.
