FanDuel Sports in central Arkansas

A couple days ago, our two FanDuel channels got replaced with a purple screen saying it's no longer available.   My wife called, and they told her it's because "no one was watching" those channels.    I find that hard to believe.   Some internet searches make it sound like they got moved from a basic package to a higher tier.   We have the so-called higher tier sports channel package.   My 88 year old father in law plans his day to be able to get Cardinals games, and now that's gone.    So, what gives?

bedrockhead Thank you so much for stopping in for help with the message you are getting when you tune to FanDuel. As of August 1, 2024, FanDuel Sports Network is available for Digital Preferred for legacy video customers and the Ultimate TV tier for Ultimate TV customers.

Are you getting an error code with that message you see when tuning in to FanDuel?

No, just a purple screen stating "this channel is no longer available".

bedrockhead Thank you for letting me know that is odd if you have not done any recent changes to your line, and you had access to it recently.
