Fandango Code Gone and can’t access

Hello. I redeemed my $5 off to see the Odyssey but when I went to redownload Fandango to see the dates for the movie, Xfinity refreshed and won’t let me access my code. I wasn’t able to copy it and it tells me I can’t redeem it again. This is extremely frustrating

@user_2jfvee Have you gone into the membership redeemed section to see if you can locate the already redeemed code?

Yes I did. It’s not there but it also won’t let me redeem it anymore.

If the reward is no longer available then it has run out of redemption codes or is no longer being offered/expired. Our team can take a look from our end and if it shows the redemption code we can share it with you. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

That doesn't make sense to me. I saw the code but I didn't get the chance to copy it or screenshot before it refreshed so I don't see how it ran out. I'll try to send a message
