Fandango at Home rewards code not working

Every time it's offered, I grab the Fandango at Home reward, and every time, that code fails despite following directions on how to redeem it. My friend also has the same problem. Are we being offered useless codes? I've even gone ahead and worked with Fandango's customer service with no luck. Anyone know what the issue is?

when attempting to enter code to my account, I received the following message, “failed to redeem promo, please try again later.”. I have tried several times with same result.

Like a lot of our promotions within Xfinity Rewards, there are a limited number of redemptions we can offer the overall pool of customers. Meaning once the redemptions are used up, we won't load in more until the following Thursday when the rewards are updated. You'll want to check the rewards Thursday and redeem as soon as possible to ensure you can take advantage of those offers.

thanx for the clarification.  and by the way, today is thursday.

having said that, xfinity promotes this as a reward for my long term subscribership.  but its not a reward really. rather, its a chance that can only be earned if i applied at the right time and falls below the undisclosed maximum number xfinity has chosen.  ridiculous.

Yeah, Fandango kept the funds from the 2 codes i entered. It would say I didn't have enough funds in my account, even though they both appeared in my wallet. So I didn't get to use them at all. Fandango never replied or responded and there's no phone number to call either.
