Can someone please explain to me why https://www.wcwshootingsports.org/, a local gun and archery range, is blocked by parental controls but pornhub.com is allowed?

@XfinityShawn​ Thanks, but I knew that already. You did not answer my question though. What is the reasoning behind blocking outdoor activities but allowing pornography? Who sets the policies for default parental control settings? I can't be the first parent to find this, to say the least, unintuitive.
