false Xfinity cancelation request

I have received 3 emails from Xfinfity saying that they have received my cancelation request and will be shutting off my wifi service. Two were from earlier this month. I contacted XFinity and they told me they would stop the cancelation. I just received another one today that my service will be disconnected in two days. I do not want my account to be canceled and I do not want to keep having to get this fixed every couple weeks.

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.
