False restoration times/outage map/can’t speak to ANYONE!!!

I’m so irritated with Xfinity right now. My internet has been out for almost 12 hours. When I look at the outage map, it appears that there is no real outage. The only thing on that map is a purple house to show where I am. The restoration time keeps changing to later and later, starting with it claiming that it would be restored by 3:40 pm, and now saying 11:50 pm!! I also can’t speak to a HUMAN because it blocks the ability due to the supposed “outage.” I want to know WHAT the problem is and if it is just affecting ME and when the plan to resolve it actually is! I am so ready to call cspire and get their fiber internet and cancel Xfinity and its lack of customer service!
