False promises terrible customer service
I try to get Xfinity to replace my T-Mobile Gateway and when I was on the phone with them, they told me I do not need a direct line and I should be able to set it up myself after getting the gateway I clearly am unable to set it up myself and need a coax cable, which I informed them. The customer service agent I was speaking with was very rude and ignored all my concerns. Against my better judgment, I went forward and received the gateway and called customer service again, letting them know I do not have the correct cables within my home to set up the service myself this customer service agent was not helpful at all, and kept telling me “your not listening” even thought she mentioned they made the mistake of sending the incorrect supply’s needed to set up my service. This seems to be a reoccurring thing with Xfinity for years. I really don’t see them being in business 30 years from now unless they change something.
