False promises for a Repayment plan
My repayment plan was canceled while still under a “grace period”. My payment was due the 5th, my card was locked due to my wallet being stolen. So I found another card to use and paid OVER the amount due by the 9th. My account reflects that as well but the services were suspended. Customer service treated my terribly. I have had the most confusing and careless customer service interactions since being an Xfinity mobile customer.
