False offer & misleading
I recently June 8th. Received a phone call from Alex, account supervisor, offering me $70 month for 5 years internet, with 2 months no charge. This is for a 2gig service. Yes sounds great! Notes were in the system, I also have the phone call recorded. No one wants to own it. Make sure you get everything in writing from this company. Just wasted 5 hours explaining what happened.
