False cancellation request

I was sent an email for a false cancellation request, I am not sure who made it on my behalf but apparently it was supposed to be canceled yesterday. I can’t seem to find any support articles that explain how to cancel this request

@user_ueberf Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can help with your Xfinity account. I usually see this happen when a different customer tries to set up service at your same address. We reach out to the owner of the account several times and if we cannot reach them, we send the Email notification. I see that you've sent a Direct Message so I'll work with you there to remove the order to disconnect the account.
