False Appointments
Last Wednesday I scheduled a tech appointment. I was told today from 10-1pm but didn’t get a confirmation. No one showed so I reached out and was told that no appt was scheduled but they’d send someone out today between 3-5 and that a tech was “already on the way.” However I did finally get a confirmation for Tuesday.
I must say that having three agents say they are scheduling appointments without actually scheduling appointments and blatantly lying about a technician on the way very much lines up with Comcast’s customer service reputation and does not bode well for this experience. Will a technician actually show up Tuesday? Who knows.
