false alarms

How can I schedule a technician to visit, we keep having false alarms with a door sensor and the police have had to come out for no reason.  I've replace the batteries in the sensor multiple times so that is not it.  I think it needs to be a different type of sensor or installed in a different location on the door frame.  thank you.

Howdy user_pl22b5 👋 Going over what you experienced with your door sensor, I can for sure understand the concerns you have and appreciate you brining them to our community to help you with! Since it sounds like the batteries aren't related to the issue you're seeing, we just might have to get a technician out there to look into things further. Outside of the batteries, have you had a chance to review xfinity.com/support/articles/cancel-a-false-alarm for additional help on false alarms with sensors?

Same issue with the door, except the call did not go to 911 but some other security number.  Authorities were never contacted.
