False Advertising

Be EXTREMELY careful with these people when they offer you a discount on your service.   I had a great price with a 2-year guarantee on the 1.2 Gig speed internet.   When I called the billing department to discuss a problem with my bill the agent offered to lower the price on my service with a 5-year guarantee.   She assured me I would be getting the same 1.2 Gig speed at a lower price for 5 years.   Naturally, I accepted it.   I discovered after the fact that was false information.   She was just trying to make a sale!   Now they will not reinstate my service as it was and I have to pay more to get my higher speed back.   After 25+ years with Comcast, I will be sure to record my calls with these people going forward.   I will also start looking at other internet providers!
